Pick Up Procedure

Things you should do before picking up your car:

1. Make a call to your WaHero 60 minutes before picking up your automobile. Inform your WaHero if you anticipate picking up your car late because of traffic. Since each PIC has a schedule for serving customers, failing to notify may cause you to wait longer to retrieve your car.

2. Bring a SIM and a passport or KTP for confirmation. Only the driver listed on your reservation is permitted to pick up the vehicle.

3. Bring your Check- out Slip. Before picking up your car, you can save it on your phone or snap a screenshot to show it to the manager.

4. The digital inspection form must be signed. The goal of filling out an inspection form is to confirm the vehicle's condition, including if it is in good condition and displays any scratches or dents.

5. Get the keys and start driving
